In 2018 I helped the health insurance startup Centivo design and launch their member experience.

Onboarding and “Activating” users to the Centivo member experience.
Members can quickly access their virtual ID card, read and send messages to their concierge team, and view their primary care team and other providers.
Centivo members can find in-network health professionals, pharmacies, labs, and hospitals directly in their mobile app. Since Centivo contracted with practices as opposed to just doctors, it was important to design a search experience that put the focus on the practices.
Centivo members can also view visits, prescriptions filled, and other care history as well as their deductible spending directly in their mobile app. Members can open up summaries of care they received and access complete EOB details.
